The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), http://bhpr.hrsa.gov/nursing/NACNEP/reports/first/3.htm, states that by 2020, the RN and LPN workforce will be 20% below projected requirements.  The marketplace for just about any position in the health field is excellent.
